BCLT Promotes CLT Model

In June 2005, Brenda Torpy attended an international gathering of experts exploring Community Land Trusts as a new community development tool. She traveled to Windsor Castle in Windsor, England from June 21st to June 23rd to share BCLT’s internationally-recognized experience about the land trust model for affordable housing and community development.
