Farmhouse Duplex Housing Open House Held on May 25
Jericho, VT -- An Open House to celebrate the grand opening of Farmhouse Duplex at 136 Vermont Route 15 in Jericho was held on Wednesday, May 25th. More than 60 community members, funders, and new homeowners attended the ribbon cutting event and viewed the two new homes.
The Burlington Community Land Trust developed the homes, using its successful homeownership program model. The general contractor was SoHo2go ArKITecture of Jericho.
Funding was provided through the Burlington Community Land Trust, Vermont Housing & Conservation Board, and the Vermont Community Loan Fund.
