Plan of Merger with all Exhibits
This is the Plan of Merger that once approved by the BCLT membership will merge BCLT and LCHDC into one corporation. Although BCLT is the surviving corporation, this corporation will be called the Champlain Housing Trust. The Special Membership Meeting to vote on the Plan of Merger is September 19, 2006 at Edmunds School Cafeteria at 6:30 p.m.
