Artists’ Housing Co-op provides 12 delightful apartments, a gallery and
common space to its artist resident members.
 Located in
the historic Rose Street bakery building, the Co-op represents the transformation
of an abandoned building into affordable housing and a vibrant community arts
space.
All apartments have an open design, high ceilings, storage space,
and modern, efficient kitchens.
Common Space includes a gallery, laundry room, office, meeting room,
and an off-street parking garage. In addition to regular responsibilities,
members volunteer a few hours every month to help promote and organize art
events in the co-op’s gallery.
