Located in Burlington’s Historic Old North End District, this small co-op offers a unique and special living experience for its co-op members. As an ownership co-op the members enjoy the benefits and responsibilities of independence.

Unlike other co-ops the members at House of Hildegard Co-op do not have a management agent so the members gain more hands on experience with accounting, taxes, insurance, maintenance and member selection.

Resident participation is more than required, it’s a necessity. At House of Hildegard Co-op, members enjoy their spacious apartments in a beautiful large, multi-family Victorian house. Shared laundry, limited storage and off-street parking are a but a few of the amenities offered.
